Michael W. Welter

Michael W. Welter, 79, of New Carlisle, OH and Hudson, FL passed away Tuesday December 18, 2007 at the Suites of Walnut Creek in Dayton, OH, with his loving family at his side.

He was born June 4, 1928 in Montgomery County, OH, the son of the late Okey and Josephine "Jessie" Welter. He was a custom builder and owner of Perf-A-Lawn Pest Control, Inc.

Survivors include his wife Rose Marie E. (Brun); four daughters and son-in-laws, Vicki and James Hughes of Columbus, OH, Susan and James Wheeler of New Carlisle, Michelle and Charles Pratt of New Port Ritchey, FL, Nicole and Peter Napolitano of Spring Hill, FL, thirteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

In this season of giving, the family is requesting donations be given to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420 for their wonderful care and compassion during this time of sorrow, or a family in need in your community.
