Adella J. Smith, 50, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in Mercy St. John's Center.

She was born November 1, 1957 the daughter of Elaine ( Thompson) Bush and Edgar Smith.

Survivors include her husband Charles ( Fent Jr. ) Smith, her father and step mother Edgar and Rose Smith, six children; Debra Fent, Clarence Fent, Harry Swisher II, Sherman Williams III, Sam Williams, Clayton Williams, a foster son whom she loved and cared for like her own; Charles Cartier, six grandchildren, four brothers; Aaron Matson, Mike (Brenda) Smith, Edgar (Mary) Smith, Jim (Tina) Smith, three sisters; Michelle ( Todd) Wallingford, Kathy Gilbert, Rebecca (Steve) Shaffer, her best friends Joseph and Tina Huffman and several more friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Don Bender officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
