Delmer Reed

Delmer Reed, 79 of Enon passed away Friday, September 26, 2008 in Enon. He was born February 10, 1929 in Epson, Kentucky to the late Kelly and Mae Reed.

Delmer was a member of Fowler Road Church. He loved to play the steel guitar and water ski.

Delmer is survived by his daughter; Tina (Vernon) Stacy of Cincinnati, a son; Randy (Angie) Reed of Liberty, Missouri, two sisters; Onieda Thompson and Mildred Hicks, four grand children; Danielle Reed, Kelley Reed, Nicole Bolender, Ryan Stacy, a great- granddaughter, Alexis Stacy, numerous nieces and nephews.

Delmer was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Marjorie, who died April 19, 1992, and two brothers; Corbit and Lester Reed.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 Wednesday, October 1, 2008 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon. Burial will follow the service in Enon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-12 in the funeral home prior to the service.
