Charlotte Audrey Pfrogner
Charlotte Audrey Pfrogner, 92, of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away Saturday May 31, 2008 in Brookville, Ohio.
She was born February 9, 1916 in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Charles & Ada (Metz) Daugherty.
Charlotte was a teacher who taught for 12 years in the Mt. Pleasant School district. For the rest of her life she was a housewife. She was an avid reader and bridge player and was well known for her gardening.
She is survived by her son, Tom & Michele Pfrogner of New Carlisle, Ohio; a granddaughter, Tracie Pfrogner; a sister, Eileen Anderson of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Pfrogner; brothers, David, Paul, Lt. Charles Daugherty, Jr.; sisters, Nettie Howe, Lillian Anstein, Miriam Hohider and Jean Peters.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Friday June 6, 2008 at the Luther J. Grimm Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania with funeral services at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Joy Cemetery. The family is being served by the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.
