Donald Loper


Donald Loper, 79 of Springfield passed away Friday, December 5, 2008 in Springfield. He was born February 12, 1929 in Fairfield , Ohio to the late William and Edna (Ervin) Loper.

Donald retired from Southwestern Cement.

He is survived by his wife of sixty one years, Madaline (Foster) Loper, five children and their spouses; Tom and Cheryl Loper of Mechanicsburg, Dona and Joann Loper of Rosebud, Cheryll and Roger Dailey of Enon, Diana and Ron Lee of Springfield, Cathy and Phil Crase of Springfield, a sister, Norma Jean, two brothers; Herman and William, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Evelyn, three brothers, Harold, Glenn, Robert a on grandson.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 9, 2008 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon with Pastor Steven Lookabaugh officiating. Burial will follow the service in Enon Cemetery. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
