Georgia M. Hatfield


Georgia M. Hatfield 79, of Springfield went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 in Community Hospital.

She was born in Middlesboro, KY on May 8, 1928, the daughter of Walter W. and Alice C. (Seymour) Hatfield.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers Lee, Sam, Charles, James, Clifton, and Benny Hatfield; three sisters Hattie Barnett, Nanny Rains, and Wilma Shaffer.

She was a member of the Jesus Only Church.

She has left to cherish her memory, one sister Helen L. Troxell; one brother Rufus T. Hatfield; several nieces and nephews including Audie Hatfield and Frank Laws all of Springfield.

A celebration of Georgia's life will be Friday, November 30, 2007 at 11:00AM in the Jesus Only Church with Pastor Junior Ray Cain and Brother Kenneth Stidham officiating. Friends and family may call at the church one hour prior to services. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions are requested to the Jesus Only Church 532 Kinnane Ave. Springfield, Ohio 45505.
