Eleanor L. Heaton, 65, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday morning, September 26, 2007 in the residence of her son.

She was born on June 22, 1942 in Springfield the daughter of Earl A. and Oakie (Jones) DeHart.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Chris and Tammy Heaton and Craig and Marla Heaton all of Springfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Earl Thomas and Cherie DeHart of Kentucky; one sister, Rita Miller of Brunswick, Ohio, one grandson, Joe Heaton, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald DeHart.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 4:00 pm in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
