Pearl E. Duhl
Pearl E. Duhl, 83, of Urbana passed away Tuesday morning, May 15, 2007 in the Heartland of Urbana.
He was born December 6, 1923 in Jackson, Ohio, the son of George and Bessie (Deal) Duhl.
He was a member of Park Ridge Church of God and served our country proudly during World War II in the United States Army.
Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Margaret (Mercer) Duhl of Urbana; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca and William Midgley of Springfield and Angie and Charles Salyer of Springfield; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Shirley Duhl of North Lewisburg, Tom and Penny Duhl of Urbana and Charles and Tammy Duhl of Urbana; one sister, Margaret Thomas of Vienna, West Virginia; one brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Carol Duhl of Jackson, Ohio; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Bertha DeLong; five brothers, Ray, Oscar, Herb, George and Frank Duhl; and two great-grandchildren, Justin and Katlyn Garno.
Family is being served by the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
