Carolyn A. Cottingham
Carolyn A. Cottingham, 63, of Medway, passed away on Wednesday, May 07, 2008 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center - High Street Campus.
She was born on March 2, 1945 in Washington Court House the daughter of Frank and Zelma (Hilderbrandt) Bowermaster.
She worked for thirty years at Mercy Medical Center in the Accounts Receivable Department.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of thirty-nine years, Michael Cottingham of Medway, four sons and three daughters-in-law: William Thomas and Melissa Cottingham of Springfield; Bret Cottingham of Xenia; Bart and Amy Cottingham of Bellefontaine; and Robert and Carrie Cottingham of Russells Point; fourteen grandchildren, one great granddaughter, one sister, Maybell and Charles Swaney of Washington Court House, and one brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Mary Bowermaster of Sabina, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Bryan Cottingham, and three sisters.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, May 9, 2008 from 5-7 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME where services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
