Aaron Leon Cox


AARON LEON COX, 50, of Springfield, died Saturday morning, December 29, 2007 in Mercy St. John's Center following a brief illness. He was born in Springfield on November 8, 1957 the son of Enoch and Margaret (Hill) Cox.

Aaron worked at TAC Industries, was involved with the Clark County Special Olympics playing first base on the softball team, bowling, basketball, and track and field, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.

He is survived by his mother of Springfield; two sisters, Anna (John) Maxson of Washington Court House and Vivian (Steve) Lebaroff of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers, Doug (Debrorah) Cox of Springfield and Michael (Brenda) Cox of Strongsville, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Tiffany (Rob) Martin, Kearstin (Dan) Gearhart, Jimmy Cox, Justin Bogar, Jerome Cox, Stephanie Lebaroff, Lindsay Cox, Brent Cox, Jenny Cox, David (Angie) Maxson, Evan Lebaroff, and Brian Steele; and his room mate, David Armstrong. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor David Hill of Northside Baptist Church officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
