Arlene R. Clingaman
Arlene R. Clingaman, 90, of Springfield, died at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2007 in Oakwood Village.
She was born in Wauseon, Ohio on April 17, 1917 the daughter of Rollo S. and Herma (Jones) Frazier. She was a member of Central Christian Church and prior to that was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Ottawa, OH.
She is survived by three children and spouses, Karen and John Detrick of Springfield, Connie and Carl Pulvermacher of Tampa, Florida and Richard R. Clingaman and his friend, Dennis Embry, of Tucson, Arizona; two sisters, Hazel Wyse and Phyllis Burkholder and two brothers, Rollie and Roger Frazier all of Wauseon, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kim and Greg Whitley, Tampa, FL, Dan and Christy Detrick, Springfield, Mandy and Jeff Hall, Dallas, TX and Todd Pulvermacher, Tampa, FL; five great grandchildren, Tyler Detrick, Kenzie Detrick, Daniel and Laney Detrick and Austin Whitley; and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Daniel in 2005, a brother, Leon Frazier and her stepmother, Suzie Frazier, preceded her in death. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Dr. Sally Abbott, Dr. Daljeet Singh and their staff for their dedicated care.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Dan Reihing officiating. The family will receive friends 1½ hours prior, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be held Saturday in Wauseon Union Cemetery, Wauseon, OH. Memorial donations may be made to Central Christian Church, 1504 Villa Rd., Springfield, OH 45503.
