Janice Aleeda (Tipton) Brubaker
Janice Aleeda (Tipton) Brubaker, age 76, passed away at her residence.
She was born and raised in Clark County, Ohio October 5, 1930 to the late French and Gertrude Tipton. Janice attended "course in miracles" in Yellow Springs, Ohio faithfully every Sunday. She was the secretary of the "Monday night club" in South Charleston. Janice's true passion was the heritage commission and the historical society for the South Charleston community. She was a historian at heart and very instrumental in the resurrection of the train depot.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Angus Brubaker, brothers; David and Gerry Tipton.
Janice is survived by her sons; Mark J. and John (Kathy) Brubaker, grandchildren; Wendy, Misty (Dan), Luke (Heather), Lani (Clay), great-grandchildren; Matthew, Taylor, Wesley, Evan, Chloe and Caden, brother Dick (Pam) Tipton, sisters-in-law Betty and Terri Tipton, many special friends and family.
Family to receive friends at the INGLING WIILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, Monday, August 20, 2007 from 4 to 8pm; where funeral service will be held 10am Tuesday, August 21, 2007. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, South Charleston.
